Do you sell auto and homeowners insurance?
No. I do have some tips to save you money in that area. I also know some good agents and companies to refer you to.


What areas near Chattanooga do you cover?
I generally work within a 50-mile radius of Chattanooga. I do travel as far as Knoxville, Nashville, and Atlanta though. I service clients in Michigan too.


How long will the first appointment take?
As short or long as you need it to. Generally, I like to be done in one hour. With that said, if we get sidetracked on a number of subjects, it can go way over an hour. You tell me what time limits we need to stick to, and I will do my best to keep us on track.


Where should we have the appointment?
Where ever it is convenient for you. Many times I will meet with a business owner at their business in between customers and other demands. Sometimes I will meet at a restaurant in a quiet area over coffee. My favorite place to meet is at your home, at some type of table with the TV off. That is the best place for us to talk privately and cover the most material in the least amount of time.


Does my spouse need to be there?
Yes and no. Once in a 'great' while a topic is very simple and will not require the spouse. That is rare. What is more common is the need to 'talk it over' with the spouse before going ahead with anything. Then the spouse has a question or two and 'stumps' the spouse who thought they could explain it. Nothing gets done efficiently, misunderstandings happen, and no one comes out a winner. I 'highly recommend' both parties be there. Even if one spouse says nothing the entire time, it still saves time and is more efficient for everyone. Besides, if two heads are better than one, three heads are even better.


What documents or paperwork should I have at the first appointment?
Anything you want. Usually I can get information that is 'close enough' for our first appointment just by asking you questions. Later we can get statements and paperwork as we need it. If you want to bring insurance policies, statements, and other medical history and prescription information that is fine too. I like to keep it easy for you when I can.


Can have a friend or relative sit in with us?
Absolutely. The more the merrier. I occasionally hold workshops for even larger crouds too.   



What obligation am I under?
None.
